Terms and conditions

These terms cover the use of abachedev.com and the web design and development services offered by AbacheDev. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Publisher and hosting

abachedev.com is published by AbacheDev, a web design business based in Morocco. Contact: contact@abachedev.com · WhatsApp: +212 677-047171. Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

2. Use of the site

The information on the site is provided as a guide and may change. The designs shown in the Work section are demonstration concepts. The text, images, logos and code of the site belong to AbacheDev: reproducing them without permission is prohibited.

3. Quotes and orders

Every project gets a free, detailed quote: scope, price and timeline. An order is confirmed when the quote is accepted in writing (by email or on WhatsApp) and the deposit is paid. A quote is valid for 30 days.

4. Prices

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD); US dollar amounts are approximate. The plans published on the site (Starter 2,990 MAD, Business 6,990 MAD, E-commerce 12,990 MAD, maintenance from 490 MAD a month) are a starting point; the final price is the one on the accepted quote. The domain name, hosting and paid third-party services (plugins, themes, subscriptions) are listed separately on the quote, as are any applicable taxes.

5. Payment

50% when you order, 50% at launch, once you’re happy. The site goes live on your domain once the balance is received. Accepted payment methods are listed on the quote.

6. Timelines

Timelines are estimates and start once the deposit and the content are received: about 5 days for Starter, 2 weeks for Business and 3 weeks for E-commerce. A delay in sending content or approvals pushes delivery back by the same amount.

7. Client responsibilities

The client provides the text, images, logos and access needed for the project, confirms that they hold the rights to this material and that its content is lawful. The client remains responsible for the content published on their site.

8. Approvals and changes

The client approves the mockup before development starts. Reasonable adjustments are included up to that approval. Requests that change the scope of the quote (new pages, new features) are covered by an additional quote.

9. Delivery and ownership

Once paid in full, the client owns the delivered website: the design, content and code specific to their project. The domain name is registered in the client’s name. Third-party tools, libraries and components remain under their own licenses. Unless the client objects in writing, AbacheDev may show the finished site in its portfolio.

10. Support and maintenance

The Business plan includes 1 month of support and the E-commerce plan 3 months, from launch: bug fixes and small changes. After that, a maintenance plan is available from 490 MAD a month; its scope, duration and cancellation terms are set out in the quote.

11. Liability

AbacheDev carries out its services with care, following good professional practice. SEO improves a site’s visibility, but no specific position in Google’s results can be guaranteed. AbacheDev is not liable for outages of third-party services (hosting, domain registrar, platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce, payment gateways), for content provided by the client, or for changes made by the client or a third party after delivery. In all cases, AbacheDev’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

12. Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after work has started, the deposit is kept by AbacheDev for the work done. Deliverables already approved and paid for are handed over to the client.

13. Personal data

How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, subject to consumer protection rules (Law No. 31-08). In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent Moroccan courts have jurisdiction.
